HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

To start a return request, please email customerservice@simihazebeauty.com stating your order number, the item/s you wish to return, product status (including photos if relevant) and reasons for return.

Do not return any items without confirmation from our customer services team.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Returns shall only be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

1. Your return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. The Product(s) have not been opened (with the exception of defective Products*), used, are not damaged and are in the same condition in which they were received by the Customer.

3. The Product(s) have been purchased through the Site. If your SIMIHAZE BEAUTY product was purchased elsewhere, you must contact the customer service team of where the original purchase was made.

4. The Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, including any identification or security tags (with any disposable seal) and all labels, and any documentation included in the original package.

5. Please note, that any items purchased as part of a collection or set must be returned as a full collection. We don't accept individual items.

6. If your order came with a free gift, this must be returned with the other items in your order.

7. We are unable to accept returns on any virtual gift cards.

 

If you return the Products for any reason other than defects* or nonconformity, you shall pay for the expense of shipping the returned Product(s) to SH Beauty, which shall be sent to the following address:

Please ensure your order number is included or written within the box being returned.

*Defective products: If a product is deemed defective after investigation by our team, a free returns label will be sent to you and you shall not incur any charge for the return.

 

RECIEVEING YOUR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

·      Upon SH Beauty’s receipt and inspection of returned Product(s), SH Beauty will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Customer is entitled to a refund or exchange.

·       If all of the return conditions are met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted and SH Beauty will refund the original purchase price and taxes related to returned Product(s), less shipping costs, or replace any returned Product(s) with one of the replacement options agreed/offered by SH Beauty at the time of the return.  If the selected replacement product(s) are not available, SH Beauty will refund you the price of the Product(s) as described in this Return Policy.

·      In case of a replacement/exchange for a product of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of the exchange. If the replacement product is of lesser value, we will refund the price difference in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Return Policy.

·      Refunds are typically processed within two (2) weeks of SH Beauty’s receipt of the Product(s).  Your refund will be made using the original payment method used to make the purchase.  If you paid by credit card or debit card, refund proceeding will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.  If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and may take up to thirty (30) days to be visible. 

·      We will not issue any refunds or grant a replacement for returns that do not satisfy all of the return conditions or for Product(s) that do not meet the SH Beauty quality control standards.  If your return is rejected, we will send you an email to inform you that your return was not accepted. Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such email, you may ask that the Product(s) be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which they were received by SH Beauty.  If you do not request the return of the Product(s) within said time period, you authorize SH Beauty, and any of its affiliates or agents, to retain the Product(s) and the price paid, and to dispose of such Product(s) as it sees fit.

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES POLICY?

·      We cannot accept any exchanges for any products that have been opened or used. Only products in their original condition shipped are eligible to be exchanged.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

·      SIMIHAZE BEAUTY is not responsible for any returns lost within the postal service.  We strongly recommend that you send returns back to us on a fully tracked service.

·      Please note, that we do not offer refunds for products due to personal dislike. If you believe that an item in your order is faulty or damaged, please send any photos of the damage / fault to our support team.

·      All returns are monitored to avoid misuse or abuse of our return policy. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns and those flagged may be subject to us reviewing and revoking our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
