Not worth the price

I saw an ad for these velvet lip balms and it seemed like it was exactly what I was looking for in a lip product. Honestly it wasn't worth the price and did not look as good as the pictures. Also the customer service was really bad and took forever to get back to me. A product from my order didn't arrive and they charged me for an order I cancelled but said they did not take the payment but my credit card shows that they did. I will not be buying from this brand again.

I like how it’s not sticky but I mostly like how you cant even feel it when u have it on. Windburn is definitely a brighter pink on me (on my pale skin).

Too small, the color doesn’t match the advertisement. Returns are impossible if the product is used.

2nd time ordering bc I lost the first one & couldn’t live without. V unique formula that looks great whether with natural skin/minimal look or full face or makeup. For me this color is amazing.
